There was always someone to call if I needed to speak to someone (which is in contrast to other roofers), they were professional, considerate, polite and worked really hard on fitting mesh to our solar panels to stop birds nesting. Will (the owner) is very knowledgable and we talked through the options and I went with his suggestion of using rubber due to size of my roof.  The roofers arrived to start the on the agreed date and worked extremely hard to get the job done in 3 days.  Big shout out to Sam and Oli who were great, they were really on it and got stuck in to deliver a fab job.  They were both very polite and respectful. They were so professional organising a quote, giving the quote, I must admit they had to cancel the first appointment due to an emergency, however, they arranged another date straight away and were there exactly when they said they would be.  The work was carried out well with no fuss, and I hope it has prevented the leak we had, so far so good.  I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to anyone else.
